Q: How many children per childcarer?
A:
• Under 2 years – 1 childcarer can care for 2 children
• 2 – 5 years – 1 childcarer can care for 3 children
• 6 – 9 years – 1 childcarer can care for 4 children
• 9 - 13 years – 1 childcarer can care for 6 children
Q: What’s for lunch/dinner?
A: Healthy options of fresh vegetables, meats,
pasta, salads, rice, pizza, all freshly made by the chefs.
Q: What time does it start?
A: Meal times are:
Lunch: 12 for 8mths-5yrs. 12:30 for children 6yrs-13yrs
Dinner: 5pm for 8mths-5yrs. 5:30pm for children 6yrs-13yrs
Q: Will you cater for food allergies?
A: Yes. Staff are well trained and they are used to
catering for allergies. Menus can be requested for
these diets we must be informed of dietary requirements
and special needs prior to arrival this includes disabilities.
General questions
Q: Are half day slots available at the kids
club and if so what hours and at what price?
A: Not currently but children can be collected earlier
or arrive late. Please advise the OurSpace staff.
Q: Please could you advise how the different age
groups will be split in the kids club?
A: 8months - 2years, 3-5years, 6-8years, 9-13years.
Q: I have a 5 year old who will nearly be 6, can
he go in with his older brother who will be in the
6-8 year old group?
A: OurSpace has a full and fun packed activity plan
including many water sports. For safety reasons we
can’t change children into different groups.
Q: Are your childcarers able to apply sun cream?
A: yes, but parents are responsible for bringing their
own suncream.
Q: Will you offer a paging system or mobile phone
service for parents whose children are in attendance
in the club?
A: There is a telephone at the club and parents are
welcome to call to check on their children equally
we will contact parents if their children do not
settle in our care. There will be an activity board
up so we will always be easy to find on site.
Q: Will your nannies be available for evening
babysitting and if so at what cost?
A: Yes although subject to availability. The costs
are 350 Rupees (£6.40) an hour. Guests will be
required to pay for babysitters transport home
after 10:30pm, 400 Rupees (£7.40). Babysitting is
pre-bookable but needs to be paid once in resort,
this is added to the room bill.
Q: Do you have to prebook in advance or is it OK
to book locally.
A: Advisable to pre-book due to limited spaces but
you can book locally places will not be guaranteed
without pre-booking.
Q: Is there a discount if you book a week or more?
A: No, however please check special offers.
Q: Is it possible to book a private nanny and if
yes, how much is the cost?
A: Yes, but they are not always qualified nannies.
The hostess will also not be under our constant
supervision. Babysitting rate 350 rupees (£6.40) an hour.
Q: Do we need to bring our own arm bands?
A: Yes. OurSpace can NOT provide these.
Q: Are meals included? What times are the meals?
A: Both lunch and dinner are included in the price.
Lunch: 12 for 8mths-5yrs. 12:30 for children 6yrs-13yrs

Q: Will you be providing an information sheet re OurSpace?
A: Yes in resort.
Q: How do you book OurSpace?
A: Through the reservations team at Anahita.
Babies
Q: Do you provide formula milk and if so what
brands?
A: No, unfortunately not, please provide your own.
Q: Do you provide swim nappies or should we
bring our own?
A: Bring your own we will check local supplies (TBC).
Q: Do you have set sleep times for the babies and
younger children?
A: No, OurSpace will continue with your child’s routine.
Q: Will the babies be swimming?
A: Yes. OurSpace has a children’s pool within the
facility, which is perfect for the younger children
please bring arm bands.
Activities
Q: Please could you provide an example of the
children’s daily activity programme for each age group
A: See example programmes
Q: Will you be arranging trips out to the nature
reserve for the older children?
A: Yes, see activity plans
Q: Will there be watersports programmes for the
older children?
A: Yes.
Q: Do we need to bring our own equipment for
tennis or golf lessons?
A: No we can provide this.
Q: Will the childcarers be teaching and running
the water sports?
A: The childcarers will be with the children but the
water sports are run by the staff at the boat house.
All children must wear a life jacket when taking
part in water activities.
Q: What if my child only wants to join in with
particular activities?
A: Every guest will get a copy of the activity plan
so they’ll know what activities are when, allowing them
and their child to choose which activities they wish to
join in with.
Q: Drop in hour, what is this?
A: A time where parents can come and join in with
the fun. Get messy with the paper mache or help your
child make a pizza, then simply head back to the
pool and leave the mess to the hostess!
